Welcome to Omnimise, a platform operated by EQUANIMITY CAREER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Omnimise website, platform, products, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website or Services.
I. Eligibility & Account Access
You confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years (US), 16 years (EU), or 18 years (India) of age, or have obtained necessary parental or legal guardian consent
- You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement
- If acting on behalf of an organization, you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms
- You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and profile creation
Access may be restricted or terminated if you fail to meet eligibility requirements.
User Account Creation
Account creation is available via:
- Google Authentication (OAuth 2.0)
- Email-based authentication
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and Vault PIN. Notify support@omnimise.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
II. Content & Intellectual Property
All content available on the Omnimise platform, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, and branding
- Product visuals and UI/UX designs
- Software, algorithms, and platform architecture
- Audio/video material
- Database structures and analytical frameworks
...is the exclusive intellectual property of EQUANIMITY CAREER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You may use the content only for personal or authorized business purposes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use of Omnimise trademarks — including in meta-tags or SEO manipulation — is prohibited and legally enforceable.
Third-Party Trademark Disclaimer
All third-party logos and trademarks displayed on Omnimise (including LinkedIn, GitHub, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, Figma, Dribbble, LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, Behance, and Google) are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely to identify external services available for integration. Omnimise is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.
III. User Submissions & Content
Any content submitted to Omnimise — including portfolio content, documents, profile information, feedback, or suggestions — must:
- Not be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or infringing of any third-party rights
- Not contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Not include material you do not have the right to publish or share
Omnimise reserves the right to remove, moderate, or disclose user-generated content when legally required or when it violates these Terms.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted become the exclusive property of EQUANIMITY CAREER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Do not submit confidential or original creative material unless you are willing to transfer all associated rights.
IV. Code of Conduct
By using Omnimise, you agree to:
- Act lawfully, ethically, and professionally at all times
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your identity and professional background
- Maintain the security of your connected accounts and credentials
- Ensure you have the right to display content from third-party platforms you connect
- Refrain from scraping, crawling, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automated access
- Not attempt to manipulate, defraud, or misrepresent your profile or credentials
- Not upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Respect the rights and privacy of other users
V. Data Collection, Storage & Privacy
Omnimise collects and processes personal data — including sensitive identifiers such as Aadhaar, PAN, UAN, and DigiLocker authenticated documents — for platform operations and portfolio services.
Our data practices are fully governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Key commitments:
- We adhere to the India DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, UK GDPR, and US CCPA/CPRA
- We use reasonable security measures such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and restricted access controls
- We do not sell personal data
- Employer sharing occurs only with your explicit authorization
- Aadhaar, PAN, and UAN are stored in masked/encrypted format and never publicly displayed
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach, Omnimise will notify affected users and relevant regulatory authorities within legally mandated timelines (72 hours under GDPR; per DPDP Act timelines for India).
VI. Secure Document Vault & Storage
Omnimise provides a secure vault for storing documents including certificates, government IDs, DigiLocker documents, salary slips, and employment records.
By uploading documents to the Omnimise Vault:
- You confirm you have the legal right to store and share such documents
- You authorize Omnimise to process these documents solely for providing the Services
- You acknowledge that document accuracy and authenticity are your responsibility
- You may request permanent deletion of your documents at any time
VII. Third-Party Integrations & Linked Accounts
Omnimise allows integration with platforms including GitHub, LinkedIn, Dribbble, LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, Figma, and Behance.
By connecting a third-party account:
- You grant Omnimise permission to access limited, publicly available profile and activity data
- You confirm you are the legitimate owner of the connected account
- You understand Omnimise does not access private messages, passwords, or sensitive credentials
- You may revoke access anytime via your account settings or the third-party platform
Omnimise is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party platforms. Unauthorized linking, framing, or mirroring of the Omnimise website without written permission is prohibited.
VIII. Cookies & Analytics
Omnimise uses cookies and third-party analytics tools including Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Mixpanel to analyze usage, measure marketing effectiveness, and improve the platform.
EU/UK users will be presented with a cookie consent banner. You may manage preferences via browser settings.
IX. Communications & NDNC Authorization
By registering on Omnimise, you authorize us to contact you via Email, SMS, and Phone Calls for service updates, notifications, and promotional content.
This applies even if you are registered under NDNC / DND / NCPR for up to 365 days from your registration date. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
X. External Links & Third-Party Websites
Our platform may contain links to external websites or services. Omnimise does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
XI. Revisions & Platform Changes
Omnimise reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website or Services at any time, without prior notice and without liability. Users are encouraged to review the platform and documentation periodically.
XII. Data Security
We implement reasonable and industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), tokenization of sensitive government identifiers, role-based access controls, and regular security audits.
As a platform relying partly on third-party integrated services, Omnimise does not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness of externally sourced data. You are advised to independently verify any critical professional or financial information.
XIII. Child Safety Policy
Omnimise is not intended for:
- Children under 13 years of age (United States)
- Children under 16 years of age (European Union)
- Individuals under 18 years of age (India) without parental or legal guardian consent
Content that exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities. To report such content, contact support@omnimise.com.
XIV. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnimise shall not be liable for:
- Inaccuracies in third-party data or integrated platform content
- Business decisions made using information from the platform
- Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Interruptions, delays, or errors in service availability
- Unauthorized third-party access resulting from user negligence
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EQUANIMITY CAREER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or submission of false or unauthorized content.
XV. Business Transfer
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, user data may be transferred as part of business assets. We will ensure continued protection consistent with this Policy and provide notice where required by law.
XVI. Termination
Omnimise may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
- Providing false information or misrepresenting credentials
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Protection of platform integrity or other users
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data deletion requests remain subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws.
XVII. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on www.omnimise.com with a revised date. Continued use of the Services after modifications implies acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, please discontinue use.
XVIII. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
